Mission Shirts was started as a side project to help raise money for short term mission trips. I had no idea that 6 months later, I would have to leave my position at my church to do this full time. God had much bigger plans than I ever did. It tends to happen that way a lot.

So here we are. Since starting Mission Shirts January 2, 2012, I’ve:

– Hired 4 part time employees
– Purchased, then upgraded the equipment as business demands/allows
– Helped fund:
— A couple who went to Moldova to work with at risk girls
— Helped fund 3 people going to Rwanda
— Helped purchase a home for developmentally disabled children in Kenya – https://www.facebook.com/preciouskidskitale
— Expanded our offerings to not only print clothing, but also provide stickers and signs. Basically, our passion is to send people on mission trips because we know it impacts the person sent as much as it ministers to the person he or she is going to serve. For that reason, we’ll do just about anything to raise money for the cause. We even printed 250 beachballs for a church last summer. If you can imagine it, ask if we can do it. We’ll find a way to make it happen if at all possible.
